THE QUICKY (Elopement Ceremony)- $299           This is similar to the signing and witnessing:After the couple has received from their local municipality their licence it is valid for upto 90 days for the purpose of this ceremony and to contact the officiant ready to perform.     With the original licence  the Officiant can fill out and sign (after the service formal ceremony legalities to solemnize the marriage) and then to be signed by the 2 witnesses(maid of honour and best man). All personal data is then entered into the Marriage Register book and must be signed at the ceremony by the couple, the two witnesses and the Officiant. The original licence is then within 48hrs mailed to the Registrars office The Official Marriage Certificate (In the presentation folder to find or provided how to go online) can be submitted 6 to 8 weeks after the marriage ceremony(paper and mailed applications can be sent after 12 wks). The officiant also keeps a scanned and copied record of the license for upto 10yrs on file.

Special Ceremony Elements

Signing & Witness Ceremony  ------------------------------------------- $ 90 
(After the couple has gone to the Justice of the Peace)A brief ceremony (after the civil marriage ceremony) involving the couple and 2-4 witnesses, Each in turn sign a keepsake parchment which is then presented to the newlyweds.

ALL OTHER ELEMENTS FROM THE ACTUAL PURCHASE  OF PRODUCT WILL HAVE A 35% MARK-UP FROM THEIR  RETAIL PRICE + TAXES INCLUDED; AND FURTHER ENHANCEMENTS TO DESIGN WILL BE FURTHER NEGOTIABLE WITH ALL SAID PARTIES PRIOR TO. 

Unity Sand Ceremony 

A great ritual option to involve the children in the joining of the couple.

Wine Box  / Love Letter
To write love letters to each other before the wedding then seal in an envelope. At a later time; during an anniversary; or when having thoughts of separating to drink the wine and read the letters so to hopefully remember why the falling in love and choice to be together happened in the first place.

Breaking of the Glass Ceremony 
The Breaking of the Glass Ceremony option to signify the end of the ceremony and the time of celebration. As a health & safety concern, the glass (often two champagne flutes) is placed in a cloth bag prior to breaking it.

Smashing Coconuts 
From $ 25 for 4 and 25% of the proceeds can go towards the couple  as a gift.
 When the newly weds make there way out so to clear them from any obstacles they might encounter on the new path they will take together.


Wine Ceremony 
In the Wine ceremony to either choose to pour one white
glass and one red glass for a blush creation that both can drink from or a pouring of one glass to both drink from.


Broom Jumping Ceremony 
To clear away of negativity with a sweep of the broom and create a threshold to cross over into a new life together.
Have the guests write their names on pieces of decorative paper to attach to symbolically binding ribbons, and tie to the broom before it is jumped.
These well wishes -- go into the marriage with the couple.                                          
The broom can be outfitted beautifully with silk ribbons 
Plus fresh or silk flowers, bows, beads and more 


Rose Petal Ceremony
A ceremony to have a bunch of petals all over the floor so to walk on them and have others toss them at the couples feet.

Dove Release Ceremony 
Doves choose one partner for life and make this commitment until death.  It is said that if doves are seen on your wedding day, a happy home is assured.  It is the folklore belief that releasing doves is a ceremony option that signifies new beginnings.

Hand Wrapping Ceremony / HandFasting 
The original meaning of “tying the knot”. A Celtic tradition where the hands are tied with ribbons / cloth in the shape of the infinity symbol to symbolize the bringing together of the two hearts in a marriage of strength and unity forever.

Unity Candle 
Used in Catholic weddings, but as a traditional ceremony option it also holds a universal meaning. The joining of in marriage as well as the two original families; so to involve the mothers from each side of the family to light individually these candles for as a symbol to show the moving on from their family to create a new family together.

American Indian Wedding Vase Ceremony 
This vase features two openings(drinking spouts) connected by a single handle and symbolizes the union of marriage between two people.
To drink simultaneously without spilling a drop is anticipated to have good understanding with them throughout their marriage.

First Kiss Last Kiss 
Involves the mother of both sides of the family near the end of the ceremony. The mothers gave their children there first kiss when they came into the world and they will give their last kiss as single individuals before sending them on their new journey as life partners.

Warming of the rings 
Passing of the rings. spend a few seconds giving their blessing and well wishes, before passing the rings on to the next person.
With some nice music playing in the background and the time will lapse smoothly.

Group song/s at a wedding and/or a mass reading too.
No rehearsals required, no prior knowledge needed.      
                 The wording can also be included on your order of service.
A simple print out of the words on to card or paper (one per pair)can be provided and be placed on the seats prior to the ceremony.


Costs to be Agreed prior to Ceremony

Travel expenses - $2 per km if over 30/kms to venue / client.
Accommodation – At Cost if overnight stay required.
Fancy Dress – At Cost as required
Miscellaneous Costs – As agreed (Reception MC / Toastmaster)


NB: 25% Non-Refundable Deposit Payable at Initial Interview. Final Agreed Invoice to be paid in Full on completion of Final Interview
